01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Dreamji ("Dreamji," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Dreamji online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at dreamji.net (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating a Dreamji account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Dreamji Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Dreamji Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the Platform from the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
Dreamji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
02 Eligibility
To register and use the Dreamji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law for casino-style gambling. Dreamji enforces this requirement through KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated systems are not permitted to register accounts.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Dreamji, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Dreamji Platform.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
Strict 21+ Policy: Dreamji strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
03 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Dreamji Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.1 Registration Information
When registering on Dreamji, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Dreamji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Dreamji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Dreamji support immediately through the live chat feature in your account dashboard.
3.3 One Account Per Household
Only one Dreamji account is permitted per household, per device, and per IP address. Where Dreamji detects multiple accounts sharing the same household, device, or IP address, it reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
04 KYC Verification
Dreamji is required to verify the identity and age of all players before permitting access to real-money games and processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
4.1 Required Documents
To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID, or PRC ID)
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
- A selfie holding your ID, as requested by the Dreamji compliance team
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
4.2 Verification Timeline
Dreamji aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified via your registered email or mobile number once verification is complete.
Until KYC verification is complete, Dreamji reserves the right to restrict access to certain features, including live casino games and withdrawal processing. This is a compliance requirement, not a penalty.
05 Deposits
Dreamji accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating account.
5.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on Dreamji is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although Dreamji reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.
5.2 Deposit Processing
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Dreamji account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours. Dreamji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the banking network.
5.3 Currency
All transactions on the Dreamji Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
5.4 Failed Deposits
If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but not credited to your Dreamji balance, you must contact Dreamji support within 24 hours and provide proof of the transaction (e.g., GCash transaction reference number or bank transfer receipt). Dreamji will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 3 business days.
06 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your Dreamji account are subject to the following conditions. All withdrawal requests must be submitted through your account dashboard. Dreamji does not accept withdrawal requests via chat, email, or any other channel.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Verification Requirement
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawal access is restricted until identity verification is confirmed.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Dreamji processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
6.4 Withdrawal to Matching Account
All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account registered in your name that has been verified by Dreamji. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Dreamji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending additional verification if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
07 Bonuses & Promotions
Dreamji offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and exclusive vouchers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded on Dreamji are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
7.2 Bonus Validity
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
Dreamji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, and exploiting technical errors. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
7.4 Vouchers
Dreamji vouchers are issued to eligible players and are subject to the specific terms printed on or accompanying the voucher. Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for one use per player unless otherwise stated. Visit the Voucher page for current available offers.
7.5 Dreamji's Right to Modify Promotions
Dreamji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, Dreamji's decision is final and binding.
08 Game Rules
All games available on the Dreamji Platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game providers. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager.
8.1 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on Dreamji are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game equipment operated by trained live dealers. Dreamji does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game round, Dreamji reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
8.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Each game on the Dreamji Platform has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Dreamji reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
09 Responsible Gaming
Dreamji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm.
9.1 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gaming is becoming difficult to manage may request self-exclusion directly from their Dreamji account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play.
9.2 Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Dreamji account at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, to prevent impulsive decisions.
9.3 Session Reminders
Dreamji provides optional session time reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration. These can be configured in your account settings.

10 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dreamji Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the Dreamji Platform
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Dreamji Platform
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Dreamji staff or other players
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
11 Account Suspension and Termination
Dreamji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player
- Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement
- Player-initiated self-exclusion
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings under investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12 Intellectual Property
All content on the Dreamji Platform, including but not limited to the Dreamji name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of Dreamji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Dreamji Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Dreamji Platform without prior written consent from Dreamji.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to gaming outcomes
- Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond Dreamji's reasonable control
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
- Any reliance on information provided on the Platform
Dreamji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Dreamji account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14 Privacy
Dreamji collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Dreamji Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms
Dreamji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Dreamji will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a notice displayed on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Dreamji Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting Dreamji support.
16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Dreamji informally by contacting the Dreamji support team. Dreamji will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
